At Ici & Ailleurs, we believe that neurodiversity is a source of richness:
Everyone learns, thinks and interacts in their own way, and our role is to adapt to these differences rather than see them as obstacles. 🚀
It is to formalise this commitment that we have introduced our neurodiversity charter,
to cater for each of our learners, including those with neuro-atypical functioning: high intellectual potential, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning difficulties… 🧠
Whether this involves raising awareness amongst our teams, holding one-to-one meetings, adapting our teaching materials, ensuring confidentiality or recognising each person’s strengths: we are committed to providing you with the best possible support.
